Description: The proposed Part VIII seeks consent for the following 1. Demolition/removal of disused abattoir building totalling some 111.18 sq m;

2. New four-way signal-controlled traffic junction with shared pedestrian/cycle crossings, replacing the existing three-way priority junction of the N62 (Roscrea Road) with Oakdale Park;

Description: The development consists of the demolition of an existing extension, construction of a rear single storey extension to an existing semi-detached bungalow, new septic tank and percolation area and all associated site works.

The demolition of an existing small extension and the construction of a new rear single storey extension including new kitchen, living room, and new drainage treatment unit, new footpaths, underground services and all associated site works at 7 Brittas, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

The demolition of an existing defective 4-bedroom dwelling and shed and the construction of a new 5-bedroom single storey dwelling in its place including new kitchen, living room, store, wet
room, entrance hall, five bedrooms and new drainage treatment unit, new footpaths, yard area, underground services, landscaping and all associated site works.

Pursuant to the requirements of Article 81 of Part 8 of the Planning Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) notice is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to carry out the following development:

In accordance with Section 20 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), Tipperary County Council has publishing the Draft Clonmel Local Area Plan 2024-2030, which includes a Draft Local Transport Plan.

The Draft Clonmel Local Area Plan 2024-2030 comprises:

A new pedestrian – cycle facility on both sides of the R 498.

Tipperary County Council is preparing a new Local Area Plan for Roscrea, which will set out the land use strategy for the town to ensure the town can grow, support employment and homes and can do so sustainably and successfully.

The Council is inviting submissions from the public to identify priorities and help shape the future development of the town. This stage represents the ‘issues’ stage before a draft of the local area plan is published. An Issues Paper has been produced to help inform submissions and is available on this webpage.
