ARTICLE 81 OF PART 8 OF THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001, as amended
Pursuant to the requirements of Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, as amended, Tipperary County Council hereby gives notice that it intends to carry out the following development:
Description: The development proposes to construct a shared walking and cycling route along the disused rail track on Bord na Mona lands spanning 7.8km in total.
Location: The route of the proposed shared greenway is from the end of the existing Horse and Jockey Derrynaflan Greenway and will follow the disused rail line through or in close proximity through the townlands of Killaheen, Chapel Hill and up to and including the existing walking track around Lough Doire Bhile.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development will be situated, may be made no later than 4.30 pm on Friday 29th July
