Notice is hereby given that Tipperary Cahir Cashel Municipal District in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 131A of the Local Government Acts 1925 to 2014, Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 as amended, and by Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961, as amended, proposes to make the Church Street Car Park Bye-Laws 2025 (the Draft 2025 Parking Bye-Laws) for the regulation and control of parking in respect of Church Street Car Park, Cahir, Co Tipperary.
The Draft Church Street Car Park Bye-Laws 2025 is available for inspection between the hours of 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. from Monday 1st December, 2025 to Monday, 12th January, 2026 at

Submissions in relation to the Draft Church Street Car Park Bye-Laws 2025 may be made in writing to the District Administrator, Tipperary Cahir Cashel Municipal District, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town E34 WD51, no later than 4.30 p.m. on Monday, 19th January, 2026. Submissions received will be taken into consideration before making of the Bye-Laws by Tipperary Cahir Cashel Municipal District.
A copy of these Bye Laws may be purchased from Tipperary Cahir Cashel Municipal District on request upon payment of a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making the copy of alternatively can be viewed on our website.
