Road Traffic Act 1994
Proposed Pedestrian Improvement Works at Ladyswell Street, (R639) Cashel and The Kiln (R660) Cashel.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, as amended by Section 46 of the Public Transportation Regulation Act 2009, Tipperary County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to provide pedestrian improvement measures at Ladyswell Street and The Kiln Cashel, Co Tipperary.
Description:
The development consists the renewal of existing footpaths and construction of new footpath sections, buildouts, the provision of controlled pedestrian crossing, renewed road markings. Works also include the provision of public lighting, landscaping, all associated drainage and site works as required.

These documents may be inspected during normal office hours, 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday from 13th July 2022 to 19th August 2022 inclusive (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
