Tipperary County Council Road Traffic Act 1994

Emly Village Active Travel Scheme, Emly, Co Tipperary.

 

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, as amended by Section 46 of the Public Transportation Regulation Act 2009, Tipperary County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to deliver Emly Village Active Travel Scheme.

 

Description: 

The development consists of the construction of a 2m wide footpath on the north side of the R515 from Emly GAA grounds to Callanan’s Shop. The project includes construction of a 2m wide footpath on the south side of the R515 from St. Ailbe’s Church road to  the junction of the L-4110. Works include provision of upgraded road crossings, raising and lowering of manholes and gullies as required and all associated site works.

These documents may be inspected during normal office hours, 9:30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday from Wednesday 14th September to Wednesday 19th October 2022 inclusive (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
