COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER (ENVIRONMENT) 2023

NOTICE OF A COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE HOUSING ACT, 1966, PUBLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 4 (a) OF THE THIRD SCHEDULE TO THE SAID ACT, AS AMENDED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF LAND

The construction of an new extension to the existing 3-bedroom single storey dwelling to form a new 6-Bedroom single storey dwelling including new kitchen, living room, utility room, wet room, entrance hall and storage with revised bedroom layout and new footpaths / yards, underground services, treatment works, landscaping and all associated site works.

General development throughout the site includes the upgrading of all existing tarmac pathways to a minimum width of 2 metres, upgrading existing gravel paths to bound gravel paths, development of new seating areas, development of the Peace Path, upgrade of all existing seating, installation of information and wayfinding signage,  construction of a dog exercise area, introduction of native woodland planting and specimen trees along with native wildflower meadows in selected locations throughout the amenity area and reorganisation of the existing carpark area  at Tipperary Hills, T

Refurbishment and re-purposing for training, educational and office use of the three storey Dan Breen House which sits centrally within the application site currently with an adjoining brick-built side extension. Works involve

The Community Gain Fund (CGF) was established by Tipperary County Council (TCC) for the area affected by the day to day operations of the Ballaghveny landfill, namely for the Ballymackey / Ballinree Catchment Area in the vicinity of the landfill. The CGF shall be operated in accordance with these Terms of Reference throughout the landfilling operational phase of the Ballaghveny landfill project.
